1.Maintenance of township/offices: Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities of township & offices within budget to the satisfaction of residents.
2.Housekeeping of colony & offices: Coordinate & supervise house keeping activities of township and offices in the Unit to improve satisfaction of residents/ employees.
3.Welfare: Coordinate & supervise arrangements for colony functions, temple management to promote social & welfare activities of the Unit.
4.House Allotments: Coordinate Housing allotment activities & maintain all records pertaining to assets for satisfaction of employees.
5.System implementation: Ensure implementation of IMS/SA8000/WCM/Safety systems & maintain all relevant records for HR function for improvement of plant performance & quality standards .
