Roles and Responsibilities
1. Monitoring doctor coverage, Checking daily reports
2. Checking Field staff Expense. Thorough checking and scrutinizing filed staff monthly expenses as per travel policy of company & coordinating with accounts department for disbursement.
3. Admin duties: Support to field staff, resolving queries.
4. Co-ordinate with managers across the country and prepare and analyse sales data.
5. Expenses Thoroughly scrutinizing the expenses of field staff as per the norms set by the company at the same time verifying the amount claimed with the attached bills for reimbursement.
6. Taking care of customer engagement activities
7. Working on ERP Tool (Ecubix) to upload Expenses. Reimbursement of Promotional bills claimed by the field staff.
8. Updating record candidates eligible for Imprest cash.
9. Taking care of Online reporting. Creating Login Id and password of field Staff and also resolving the issue faced by field staff.
10. Training provided to new employees about online reporting & Travel policy.
11. Hand hold multiple brands by supporting on inventory inbound
12. Provide full supports to India Sales Team including PMT team
13. Delivering Secondary monthly targets and Gross Revenue growth
14. MIS reports at defined intervals, creating Reports / Dashboards for stakeholders
15. Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Incentive calculations
16. Primary / Secondary Sales collation
17. Assisting marketing & sales team for CRM activity for customers
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
