Job Summary
Provides administrative support to Chief Legal Counsel & legal team.
Researches and analyzes law sources and prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, etc.
Preparation of MIS and other reports periodically
Processing legal expense related invoices after taking necessary approvals and following up with finance for payments
Preparing presentations as and when required
Making travel arrangements
Undertaking due diligence of vendors
Maintaining repository of litigation cases and Power of Attorneys
Good knowledge of MS office
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 5 years in similar role
