AECOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Support the recruitment process by screening and updating the status of applicants through the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and liaise completion of relevant background and reference check processes through the vendor.
Perform administrative recruitment activities such as, formatting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through different job portals
Facilitate effective communication between the candidates and hiring managers by providing regular updates to the concerned parties.
Track candidate interview information based on the given tracking system.
Coordinate with candidates to ensure timely completion and compliance on pre-employment requirements.
Ensure endorsement of successful candidates to onboarding team.
Perform routine tasks in compliance with internal control, policies, and procedures
Related experience on administrative Talent Acquisition/Recruitment processes in an outsourcing or shared services business model through internship is preferred
Familiarity with talent acquisition standards and procedures is preferred
Previous experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems such as (but not limited) to Kenexa Brassring
Experience of collating and putting together recruitment research mapping data
Basic knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
