The team youll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
Do Network & Business Analysis of network KPIs & Nokia Installed base for Radio (GSM, WCDMA, LTE & 5G) to upsell SW release upgrade & HVF
Maintain the Nokia SW Installed base & help in identification of upsell oppurtunities
Creation of & Views using Power BI & Microsoft Excel
Creation of Monthly management reporting & Dashboards
Creation of HVF penetraion reports
Communicate the needs properly of the inputs for Dashboard creation & desired outcomes.
Your skills and experience
You have:
0-1 years of Experience in Telecom Domain
Ability to understand quickly, to be able to discuss with team members and understand their requests even on “unknown” subjects.
Good communication skills . To be able to communicate and avoid misunderstanding with stakeholders on Release upgrades & features.
Being meticulous, Self Driver & organized is very important for this position.
