Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM) 4th Level Support and your role
Nokia Cloud and Network Services / Business Applications has a passionate team working onNokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM).NCOM acts on cloud native workload and infrastructure management. NCOM manages any workload on customers’ cloud environment according to our “Multi-cloud” strategy – workload and infra automation chained together.
As aSenior NCOM 4th Level Support (4LS) Specialist you will be part of our cutting-edge technology in the cloud offerings of Nokia and transformation to SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc. for Nokia Business Applications, Core, and Network Management solutions. You will work with multicultural, multi-technology teams across continents.
In this role you will plan and perform advanced technical activities in cloud environment requiring knowledge in multiple areas and on a system level to serve external and internal customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues which have not been solved by the 2nd and 3rd level support organizations. You’ll identify long-term solutions, participate as an expert in customer projects, help Nokia organisations to integrate their solutions with NCOM, collect required diagnostic data and work with R&D experts as required to resolve issues in timely way. Optionally you may support customers by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.
4LS Specialist prioritizes tasks based on customer impact and brings expertise to customer site on need basis. Is active in networking with Nokia colleagues and knowledge sharing. Develops tools, processes and working methods with the team.

Your Skills and Experiences
You have :
MSc or BSc in telecommunications, information technology, SW engineering or computer sciences
Knowledge ofcloud computingand related technologies
Experience with OpenStack and/or vCloud platforms,cloud environments(AWS, OpenShift, Google GKE, VMware Tanzu),k8s
Working knowledge ofLinuxand driver development
Excellenttroubleshootingand problem solving skills
Generic understanding ofETSI NFVarchitecture andMANOconcepts
Good understanding ofnetworkingconcepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, IPv6)
Fluent written and spoken English
It would be nice if you also had:
Scripting skills, Python, test automation tools, Ansible as a plus
Ability tothink out of the box andanalyse complex processes
Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural team, knowledge on e2e support process and roles
Goodpresentation and negotiation skills, team player with good interpersonal skill
