Alcon Looking for Regional Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst for Alcon in Bangalore . Reporting to the APAC Commercial Operations Director, the Analyst will improve the Sales Force Effectiveness of our infield teams through use of data, analytics and strong internal relationships. The Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst will manage the Go to Market analysis and modelling, including 3rd party support to provide Alcon with competitive sales models across APAC. Major Accountabilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for regional projects and market support on Go To Market analytics and data
• Gather, compile and organize sales force effectiveness diagnosis data for salesforce needs/requirements analysis purposes;
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand their infield strategies and provide analytical support and models to assist with territory design
• Work with brand teams on launch excellence strategies for field design
• Ensure collaboration between Commercial Operations team members and Regional/Global Commercial Excellence team members
• Identify and leverage multiple data sources
• Assess and generate insights to improve the go to market opportunities of the field teams
• Prepare and maintain clear and accurate data for executive leadership decision making
• Prepare and maintain tracking of key operations
• Execute continuous improvement activities on sales force effectiveness framework, plans, processes, tools, and systems
• Ensure collaboration across functions to produce effective & efficient processes while ensuring
• Identify and improve operational efficiencies in prioritised markets

To be successful you will have:

• Ability to function at a strategic level and understands how to build trust with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Background in financial/sales force effectiveness/analysis of 3-5 years combined with strong business and sound commercial acumen
• A tertiary qualification
• Prior experience as an analyst in pharma, FMCG or medical devices
• Prior experience in sales force effectiveness, segmentation and territory management
• Strong understanding of underlying data sources
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent Project Management skills
