What we’re looking for:
Allot is seeking for a passionate product expert to join allot customer success team.
This position is for a product support t3 expert that will be able to provide continuous t3 support for t1/t2 support engineers, delivery team and allot’s customers for the various services / applications that are being used by the allot products.
The position includes close work with devops and r&d teams to implement new technologies and solutions during delivery of the allot products at customer sites.
What you’ll do:
Provide world class technical service.
Proactive work with the support, product and r&d teams to expedite issue resolution and bug fixes, including hands-on troubleshooting.
Use creative problem-solving skills to help customers implement the required solution.
Follow up with customers to verify solutions are successful and to achieve the desired impact.
Work with r&d to develop, install, and test new solutions, products, and versions worldwide.
Collaborate with customer success managers, product managers, and r&d to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Summarize, communicate, and escalate the overall customer experience.
Mentor and assist t1/t2 support engineers.
Take part in on calls shifts during nights and weekends as required.
Provide emergency response to ongoing critical issues that might arise with allot products installed in various networks.
Create center of knowledge for future developments in the allotsmart dpi line of products.
What you should have:
Academic degree or practical engineer.
Experience as a development or tier-4 engineer.
Deep linux knowledge.
System administrator’s experience – storage, performance, clustering, operation system troubleshooting.
Knowledge of scripting languages (bash/python/ansible)
Familiarity with virtual environment (nfv, cloud)
Hands-on experience with networking environments – advantage
Knowledge in network and authentication, authorization, and accounting protocols (radius, diameter) – advantage
Experience working with telecom enterprise customer on a customer-facing position – huge advantage
Minimum required experience is 5 years in relevant area
Sql knowledge including bi, data warehouse and etl – a must
Vertica knowledge – huge advantage
Motivated and self-learner through hands-on experience and on the job learning.
Able to work under pressure upholding strict sla`s.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technologies and technical environments.
Excellent human relations, service orientated and excellent team player.
Excellent communicator written and spoken.
Excellent english spoken and writing skills – a must.
Ability to document technical information and knowledge sharing with global teams.
Additional languages – an advantage.
