Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This role is focused on delivering Kuiper services in India.
We are looking for a talented individual to lead India Go-To-Market strategy for our consumer business. As one of our key team members, you will be obsessed with both a commercial focus and matching our standards for operational excellence. The successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization with teams across the globe in multiple time zones and be adept at understanding how residential customers use broadband in India. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technologically savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially in consumer related products or services. You will be responsible for negotiating contract terms and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of working in the telecommunications or IT services sectors would be an advantage. This is a high visibility role with frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving the GTM strategy while operationalizing that vision.

Key job responsibilities
Develop the go-to-market strategy to launch consumer broadband products and services in India
Generate in-depth analysis and insights to define target customer segments and develop product positioning
Evaluate competitive landscape and benchmark service plans, pricing, features, and partnerships to guide product roadmap
Own service-launch readiness for India and lead cross-functional team across product, sales, marketing, operations, business, legal, finance, and other partner teams
Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders
Prepare detailed business cases for justification of new opportunities
Partner with legal, tax and regulatory to engage in business partnerships and local regulatory efforts
Once operational, launch next generation service offers and features; and deliver a fantastic customer experience
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
MBA
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling subscription services to consumers
Experience selling telecom products and services
