The American Express Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Insights (DE&I) leads the Enterprise Product Analytics and Experimentation charter for Brand & Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition & Membership experiences as well as Enterprise Platforms. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth by enabling efficiencies in paid performance channels & evolve our digital experiences with actionable insights & analytics. The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the acquisition customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.
Purpose of the Role:
This role will report to the Manager of Digital Experimentation & Insights team and will be based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for delivery of highly impactful analytics to optimize our performance marketing channels, Digital experiences (Shop, Referral, Application Exp, MYCA Web, Amex Mobile); Platforms & Labs .
