Nature and scope of the role:
The revenue enablement specialist will drive the enablement of our field team and will play a critical role building our revenue enablement function from the ground up, with ambitions to build a world class enablement team! this role will report directly to the srManager of enablement.
Identify high level goals of the customer success team, define customer success best practices, and drive adoption of best practices
Ensure that the customer success team has the content and training materials they need to be effective in their rolesThis will include determining critical knowledge needed, conducting an audit of training services and content services, identifying gaps, and creating a project plan to fill those gaps.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop and maintain playbooks that capture market landscape, the challenges of the industry, the various buyer roles and their pain points, guides on how to handle objections, overcome competitors’ positioning, and answer technical questions.
Ensure that all customer success team members reps can speak to appviewx’s core capabilities, products, and differentiators
Decrease new-hire ramp time by developing an onboarding curriculum that leverages both virtual sessions and on-demand learning in our lms.
Facilitate onboarding through live training, mock calls, and lms evaluation maintenance
Maintain a repository of enablement collaterals and tools
Listen to calls, either live or using call intelligence, and provide coaching and ongoing development
Build a library of referenceable calls
Drive adoption enablement and productivity tools
Drive understanding of and adherence to process (pricing, salesforce, legal, etc.)

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Experience in sales, account management, or customer success; enablement experience preferred but not required; exceptional spoken & written communication skills; strong bias for action and passion to help others succeed.
Preferred experience with salesforce, salesloft or outreach, chorus or gong, showpad or highspot, customer success tool such as gainsight
