POSITION: Human Resource and Administration Executive
LOCATION: NEW RAIPUR
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices, and handle the Business Administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment/talent acquisition.
2. Team Management and Reporting
3. Business Development and Corporate Communication.
4. Strong sense of judgement while communicating within the organization and outside the organization.
5. Day to day operations.
6. Manage administration of HR policies, procedure and programs.
7. Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees.
8. Analyze current operational process, identify gaps, suggest intervention to bridge the gaps.
9. Strong Technical computer skills.
10. Make process recommendation to achieve operational excellence.
11. Understand the Business.
12. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
13. Handle all miscellaneous HR and administration operations.
14. Managing benefits and compensation.
15. Exit Interview/Exit formalities.
Skills:
End to end recruitment cycle, Employee Relation, Grievance handling, Data Management, Payroll, smart and active, Presentable, must possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, Proactive, willing to learn new technology applications. Should posses strong leadership quality.
Qualifications
BE/Btech
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource
1+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
