Provide accounting and administrative assistance for smooth functioning of business
Responsible for preparing all documents necessary for accounting purposes e.g. Invoices, Challans, Staff Expenses, etc
Create and maintain a tracking system for Invoices, Challans, Staff Expenses, Pending Payments, Petty Cash, etc
Coordinate with company appointed Accountant and CAs to ensure books of accounts are in order and for filing/regularizing of GST/IT returns etc
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for tracking sales, purchases, expenses, pending payments, etc, and submit them to top management
Prepare, send and receive official correspondence and track them regularly
Maintain a filing system of correspondence documents in both hard copies and soft copies
Attend incoming calls as required
Keep track of office stationery and place orders as and when required
Interact with clients and suppliers for business-related activities like scheduling meetings, follow-up on proposals, procurement, payments, etc
Coordinate with the design team, production team to ensure smooth functioning of business
Undertake other assigned tasks as and when required
