Job Title: National Manager – Residential

The position will oversee and drive the expansion of projects business in the Residential segment across the country. The position will be responsible for Sales , Profitability , Working Capital Management of the Residential Business
The role encompasses planning, developing and delivering the revenue , profitability and working capital objectives of the assigned segment by the implementation of the business strategies and driving direct and distributor networks . The position will also be responsible for supporting and overseeing the application and coordination of public and private sector tenders through sub-contractors or directly. Developing Working relationship with Top Developers of the country would be a key success driver .
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive the dedicated regional residential sales organisation to ensure the smooth transition of the project to sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of the project
Drive Strong Sales Efficiency , Key account focus and a robust sales process for residential business
Build relationships with end customers in the Residential segment like Major Developers, Architects etc, ensure timely follow up and review the projects pipeline
Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure that the product offering is aligned with the needs of the market and also identify further opportunities for product development and innovation
Provide required support and guidance to the Regional Sales team for management of large tenders of the public and private sector constructions right from the mock-up stage to closure
Focus on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project
Prepare and present various business reports such as Sales forecast for the segment on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, as required
Work with the other internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing and Specifications, to engage customers by planning various events like lunch and learn, etc. and participating in trade fairs, etc.
Drive Residential Sales and Service teams to ensure timely installation; handle customer escalations and provide timely response to customer feedback
Strong customer focus
Strong drive to deliver high growth
Proven experience in Sales Management and Key account Management
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint with good analytical skills
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Graduate Engineers; Specialization in Civil/Mechanical stream will be preferred
MBA in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
Relevant experience of 10 – 12 years with the same industry
