What this Job Entails: * The Field Engineer IV will work closely with potential customers on a technical level to secure design-ins and support existing customers with their applications. The Field Engineer must have a solid technological base for effectively understanding the technical specifications involved in application engineering, as they provide technical support, give technical presentations, and design and modify the application systems. Along with this, they must also have good interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and good organizational skills for effectively communicating the technical specifications to the customers. *Scope: * * Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways * Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors *Your Roles and Responsibilities: * Capture and understand customers’ technical and product requirement on battery functioning and how is it used in the terminal and host devices and ensure smooth and adequate transfer to client internal team * Lead the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals to customers * Troubleshoot system applications on customer’s request, resolving other engineering issues regarding systems application * Build mutual trust with customers’ technical staff * Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conduct training sessions for demonstrating new products and services, and support the sales team in organizing the presentation and training of product demonstration * Oversee technical training of consumer specific application of various engineering products in developing stage * Other duties as required.
