We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
– ENGLISH READ / WRITE / SPEAK (MUST)
– Bachelor’s Degree (Any)
– EXPERIENCE / FRESHER ALSO APPLY
Responsibilities:
– Overseas import handling skills
– Create and maintain positive communication with your coworkers, suppliers and handling imports .
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, EMAIL Handling and office management software (ERP etc.)
– Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
