The position requires a highly motivated team member with experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, preferably in an international environment.
Duties include
In this role, you will be responsible for:
o filtering and prioritising of inward correspondence and drafting of appropriate outward correspondence
o arranging and scheduling meetings, telephone calls and video conferences across multiple time zones
o organising travel schedules and associated administration and logistics
o organising appointments and visit programs (e.g. for senior management and parliamentary delegations)
o preparing meeting papers and presentations
o Providing high level administrative support to the Minister Commercial in tasks associated with the senior executive office (e.g. credit card reconciliation, gifts register).
