Introduction:

The overall purpose of the role is to help in investigation of FOBO, BOBO & FOFO breaks due to various feed issues or other systemic issues. The individual needs to do a deep dive into the data available and investigate the breaks and RCA. Further the individual needs to be able to work with various other teams like IT, Product Control, Trade Capture etc to be able to work towards the resolution of the breaks thus identified. Create a well-protected control environment to mitigate the risk and save efforts

What will you be doing?

Deliver effective controls and services to upstream and downstream business functions.

• Support project & new product initiatives and assist with the implementation of strategic deliverables for the business from an operational perspective.

• Collaborate with global counterparts and different stakeholders to drive opportunities for process development and improvements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business colleagues across trading, Finance, Operations and Technology.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree educated or equivalent qualification
• Preferably have experience in supporting Derivative Products like, swaps, FX, Money Market, Bonds etc
• Should have a strong knowledge of swaps, Options and ISDA regulations
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end process flows and the control points along the process chain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Should have basic knowledge of working in Mwire, swifts, SSIss

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Well versed with MS Excel
• Able to analyse the data in large numbers
• Market Operations Experience
• Essential knowledge on Derivatives products like Swaps, options, FX etc

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM
• Experience working with Swaps / Options / FX/MM products
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player, self-starter with positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines with a good sense of urgency and accountability
• Should have Positive approach towards work.
