Job description for Executive Assistant.

Þ Coordinate with the various departments, functional heads & keep a track on the assignment & records wherever necessary. Handling the business calendar.

Þ To coordinate with the team & indicate the trends to the management.

Þ Preparing the draft copy of the agreements, billing & accordingly keeping the followup with the clients & the concern

Þ Internal Department circular various changes taking place from time to time

Þ Completes a broad variety of tasks including, managing completing travel expense reports, arranging the documents of the meeting

Þ Calendar Management, scheduling appointments, meetings, coordination with participants. Preparing detailed agendas & maintaining minutes, follow up of pending tasks & closures

Þ Preparing presentation for Business Plan, MIS Reports.

Þ Organizing & maintaining the reports, preparing & updating the organization chart

Þ Compiling : Benchmark & Target setting as per the business plan, monitoring adherence of Schedule Plan Vs Actual

Þ Follow ups & maintaining the internal reports

Þ Preparing the supporting documents for the meetings

Þ Recruitment, induction, release the offer letter after release the offer letter after the approval Performance management system, exit interviews

Þ Coordinate for Corporate social responsibility

Þ Independently organizing & scheduling various meetings including preparation of supporting documents.

Þ Works closely and effectively with the GM to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities

Þ Releasing Internal announcements, notices as per instructions received from GM

Þ Accessing GMs emails and responding to high priority emails on behalf of GM

Þ Screening, Short Listing, Send Short listed CV to HR, Inform to Candidates through Phone and email.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
