- The person will be Respond to client’s queries accurately responsible for client queries.

- The employee will be responsible for process movement like transfers, relocations, internal mobility.
- The employee will provide clarifications to HR Policies and procedures.
Primary Skills
- The employee will manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology.
- The employee needs to organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams.
Secondary Skills
- The employee needs to liaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stake holders.
- The employee needs to update all required process documentation and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.
