Job Brief: –
We are looking for an HR Head to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.
• Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan and achieve timely recruitment followed by proper induction, as and when required.
• Ensure the timely payment of statutory dues like PF, ESI, PT, etc
• Timely preparation of payroll for timely salary disbursal
• Recommend, prepare & establish company policies ( HRO) and procedures.
• Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
• Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet the personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees
• Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
• Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
• Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
• Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Work closely with department managers and corporate staff for organizational development.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Serve on planning and policy-making committees

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
