Job Description:
Cerner is excited to hire Technical Solution Leader. As a Technical Solution Leader, you will consult with Cerner development teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions. Plan, manage and support SaaS implementations and migrations. Develop and manage overall technical solution roadmap and environment strategy. Prepare for and participate in weekly operational solution planning and review meetings. Develop and maintain relationships with solution stakeholders, and manage day-to-day operations and communications. Direct and support a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a solution. Plan and manage SaaS, service, or solution upgrades for areas of responsibility. Manage supplier management activities, including contracted service support and budgetary reviews, and incident management escalations

Basic Qualifications:
At least 6 years of Total combined related work experience and completed higher education
At least 1 year of System administration and/or system engineering work experience
At least 5 years Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Bachelors in Information System/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience working with Linux-RHEL or OEL
1-2 years of experience in incident management & change management processes
Experience in handling & resolving on-calls of all severity levels
