Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drafting various letters, memos and other documents.
Reviewing and proofreading all documents for spelling, grammar, layout, content
and context issues; maintaining the highest level of accuracy in documentation.
Handle invoicing and collection related work.
Responsibility for the proper creation, updating, maintenance and retrieval of
related files.
Other related duties, as assigned.
Requirements/Experience:
Experience working at a law firm will be preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail.
High level of proficiency using a variety of office equipment, including computer,
copier, scanner, and telephone, etc.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Demonstrate
initiative and ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality and provide outstanding customer
service to clients/contacts.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, good command over English
language, High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential
situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Excellent ability using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize work.
