The digital sales team lead is an entry level position based out of mumbai, responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and support activities in coordination with the consumer sales teamRequires basic commercial awarenessDeveloped communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customersHas responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an areaThe overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of sales and support to citi partners.
Responsibilities:
Drive agencies and partners to build top of the funnel leads for scaling cards business in digital channels.
Proactive in tracking each and every digital customers application and process steps to consistently build efficiencies across channels and partners.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and frictionless flow of workProvide suggestions and ideas to simplify processes.
Collaborative by engaging with wide network of teams seeking updates and inputs to improve bottom of the funnel efficiencies.
Create presentations and other documentation for meetings, should be good with analysis and dashboard for sharing updates with senior management.
Provide advice and product information to citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets for the unitIdentify and leverage best practices in the industry and across portfolios.
Leverage research and insights tools where appropriate to make smarter decisions, ready to take additional assignments and support team members with shared responsibilities.
Ready to stretch as and when needed to support business exigencies and meet deadlines.
Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
Share insights from mystery shopping, best practices, competitive intelligence, etc.
Ensure compliance to all compliance & regulatory standards.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm`s reputation and safeguarding citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
Previous relevant cards experience preferred
Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required
Proficient in microsoft excel, outlook and tech savvy with computer skills
Knowledge of digital sales and marketing will be added advantage
Proactive leadership and motivational skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience
