Job Background/context:
Citi Venture’s D10X program is a strategic growth initiative building new products and services within Citi using the Lean Startup Methodology. This role reports into both Citi Ventures and ICG (Institutional Client Group). The potential for huge transformation of all kinds of financial services is at the heart of what we do. With over 200 internal Fintech teams already accelerated through the program, we are now looking for additional Product Managers to join our existing team across New York, London, and Singapore.
Job Purpose
The D10X Project Manager Officer (PMO) works across several internal, multi-disciplinary teams of varying seniority, helping take ideas from validation to launch, and beyond. The program is structured around well-defined stages of progress modelled on real-world startup stages and VC investments.
The PMO will have responsibility for 3-5 D10x projects representing direct revenue opportunity of $5-10 million in 2021 and scaling from there. They will work with other members of the D10x AIM team in helping to obtain data, engage compliance, assess and mitigate risks, schedule work and ensure projects analyses in the D10x AIM team are actioned efficiently, brought to market and generate revenue

Serving as strategic advisor and counsel to the extended D10X team: Entrepreneur in Residence, Tech Architect, Product Manager
Manage Projects for all Stakeholders, Regulatory, InfoSec & Compliance
Upstream & Downstream (Internal & External) Communications for the team
Creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
Assuming day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks
End-To-End Project Management for ASIA on JIRA & AGILE Platforms.
Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives.
Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.
Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
Creating systems and processes to streamline operations.
Proactive Stakeholder management, liaising with multiple teams including technology, country and regional DM
Governance Lead Activities
Managing all Operations & Technology (O&T), compliance and controls related activities for the team. Ensuring adherence to policies.
Spearheading O&T budget forecasting, audits & reviews function and ensuring adherence in policies, controls & compliance
Liaising with relevant stakeholders for understanding of processes / regulations and contributing actively in addressing concerns
Executing action plans for improving operational controls, and mitigate controllable losses while maximizing customer advocacy.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience
3 years of experience within Citi
Knowledge of Citi software lifecycle processes, including CSI, CTC, PTS-W, TP-RAP, CART
Knowledge of PMO
Experience running and managing complex programs
Program Management Methodology familiarity
