Citigroup Looking For Business Analyst at Pune Full Time

This is a mid-management position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with Technology team.

Responsibilities :

• Interface with business to document & prioritize the requirements and create process flows for business requirements

• Create detailed & high-quality requirement artefacts for the changes including Use Case documentations, Interface specifications, Functional/ Feature documentations

• Develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs by applying skills and knowledge of the business.

• Interface with technology/development team to communicate, prioritize requirement and release planning.

• Co-ordinate UAT test with business and development team and get Business Approval.

• Own the requirement delivery & collaborate across different teams for creating solution that’s best to our client

• Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned

Required:

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.

• In-depth understanding of fee domain & accounting principles & processes

• Understanding of End-to-End flows & interfaces

• Working experience of financial markets/product knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques to create solid business analysis plan approach

• Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills, senior stakeholder management

• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Experience in exhaustive Business Process and Data Analysis & best practices

• Ability to effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple information tracks concurrently

• Ability to identify the risks and managing them effectively

• Ability to think Out of the box for any given business requirement

Nice to have:

• Working experience in Database / SQL is plus.

• Experience in using Agile methodologies

• Experience of rates application handling
