About the Team
The role will be in Governance and Adoption (GA), part of the Institutional Clients Group Engineering and Architecture Practice (ICG EAP). Governance and Adoption is a dynamic team of Change Agents whose mission is to get things done and demonstrate value. The function defines and delivers a high standard project management practice, using change management techniques to drive adoption across 30,000 developers and achieve sustainable results.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing designer to help the team build impactful marketing material to promote adoption of strategic product and capabilities. This is a technical role.
Key Responsibilities
Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing assets that drive business resultswhichmayincludewebsites, presentations, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, printed collateral, event graphics, video, iconography, illustration
Collaborate with stakeholders toproduce marketing content to support project needs and goals
Present designs to key stakeholders and gain alignment around decisions
Designartefacts in line withbrandguidelines
Provide support to enhance written content and visuals to create impactful communicationforend-users (developer / engineering population)
Skills and Qualifications
Solid experiencein marketing design or product marketing ina largeTechnology organisation – designing logo, branding and branded material such as PowerPoint
Strong experience in HTML and CSS
Experience with video/motion graphics would be a big plus
Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, attention to detail, and conceptual skills
Ability to think creatively and be able to drive new ways to visualy supportcommunicationacross initiatives
Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently, quickly andconsistentlywith high level of attention to detail
