Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Technology is looking for a talented Scrum Master professional with a balance of technical and business acumen to partner with business and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity in a hybrid-agile environment. The individual will interact with various technology, product and business teams across Citi to deliver technology solutions for the Citi Commercial Bank (CCB).
Supporting the agile teams to deliver iterative value to our Clients
Have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques.
Ability to coordinate people and projects with your mind set on deliverables.
Managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies
Execution & Communications
Lead execution, monitoring & communications
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Negotiate and establish priorities with business and technology stakeholders
Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance
Track all deliverables between partner systems & development teams and ensure timelines & milestones are met in all project phases – the ability to work across multiple functional areas is essential
Ensure project & requirement artefacts are current
Manage active sprint(s) and backlog to ensure JIRA status is up to date
Communicate continually with business and IT project managers as to status of deliverables and potential risks to successful completion of all projects
Flag potential risks and delays to projects
Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work

The Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) business operates globally in three sub-segments: Middle Market, SMEs as well as Local Public Sector. It has physical presence in NAM, APAC, EMEA, LATAM and Mexico with wide product range including Cash, Trade, FX/Derivatives and Lending. The technology group develops common services, content, analytics and platforms for Commercial, including CCB Gateway, a client-facing portal for CCB clients.
