Handling Time keeping, Attendance, , Office maintenance, Upkeep and repairs of company’s assets, Telephone lines,
Mobile phones, logistics, Courier services, Air-conditions, Procurement, Storage and issue of stationery etc.
Mobile SIM Card (End to End transaction including issuing SIM Card, Activation, disconnection, Plan, VAS, Monthly bill verification)
Bulk travel Tickets Bookings
Booking Hotel, Vehicles to the visitors and guests.
Allocation of Meeting rooms, Arrangements of refreshments for Guest.
Stationery Order & dispatch as per requirements
Admin Vendor managements, Dealing, Negotiations, Follow-ups.
Verifying & certifying all the company Invoices and submitting to accounts department for payment processing.
Responsible to manage Annual Maintenance Contract of vendors.
Internal Communication for Birthday, Marriage/New Born wishes, Gift to employees.
