The newly created Payments SOX/CAF centralized testing team is responsible for Design Effective-ness Testing and Operating Effectiveness Testing of all Payment Key Controls across Global Operations. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the below: • Perform & coordinate the payment control testing per the defined schedule. Drive the start & end of the year processes, define and drive the testing prior to the deadlines. Provide timely updates on status to relevant partners • Perform Control testing per agreed test parameters, independent quality assurance to ensure the underlying process is operating effectively • Independently engage with Control Owners, Functional SMEs, Payments Governance, Finance and SOX teams and other functions to ensure testing completeness • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting of testing progress against SOX/CAF timelines provide clarity to the regional/global leads on the risks in their function Your future colleagues The Testing team operates in a very dynamic environment where we mitigate the risk of erroneous payments by test key payment controls for effectiveness Our role requires us to engage with multiple teams within the bank, collaborate to understand gaps and look for opportunities to improve payment controls..
