As a part of role, your responsibility includes: • A challenging Senior HR Business Partner role in an international, fast paced environment • The chance to build strong working positive relationships with executive level clients, provide HR perspectives on business strategies, broker potential solutions between HR SME areas and the business as required, challenge the status quo, manage and build on new ideas as well as drive the Human Capital-related projects • Opportunity to further develop the HR strategy for the client group combining business strategy insights with the banks’ People strategy and HR analytics • Responsible for guiding and advising the management team on the targeted, compliant implementation of HR processes with a clear focus on delivering the HR strategy • The prospect to be a facilitator of change management (e.g. organizational, cultural, behavioural, etc.) • The opportunity to support, mentor as well as provide advise to the senior management on leadership and critical individual HR cases through utilising the various HR SMEs • Provides overall governance and oversight on HR processes such as Promotions, Performance Mgt., Compensation, Talent Review and Employee Relation • Participate for interviews if and when required • Monitor Audit, regulatory requirements Your future colleagues We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm’s D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural values.
