The Digital Excellence (DE) team within the Procurement function is responsible for maintaining the Tools, Technology landscape and Data for the Department to help them carry out various procurement activities like Sourcing, Requisitions/Purchase Orders, contracting and contract management,Third Party Risk Assessment and Reporting. There are various SaaS-Solutions used by Procurement department that interact and integrate with each other as well as with other external systems including on premise solutions both within the Bank and outside to provide the technical ecosystem for the Department to operate. The technical architecture follows the Hub and Spoke model with the systems connecting to each other via our Data Hub. We are looking for an experienced professional to join the Requirements and Data Model team under Digital Excellence as Junior Project Manager to lead Low-to-medium complexity projects impacting one or more Procurement applications and also help us manage our Requirements pipeline. Key responsibilities of the role is as follows: • Lead low to medium complexity Project initiatives within Procurement Digital Excellence to closure. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between various partner groups (Procurement teams, Finance Operations, CFO COO IT, Group Finance IT, General Counsel and other internal-stakeholders like DE Change Management teams and Execution teams) to ensure smooth execution of the Project • Ensure adherence to good project management practices including, but not limited to, defining clear project scope, objectives and validation criteria for the Projects against a project plan approved by Stakeholders and business partners • Maintain high quality accurate documentation including tracking of progress against achievements and budgets. Track actions and identify mitigations for risks and escalate-issues in a timely manner • Adopt usage of CS project management tools like Odyssey /Confluence for transparency and ensure proactive status updates to Partners • Assist senior project managers in managing large/complex projects including ownership and execution of specific tasks to completion • Develop a good understanding of Procurement Systems and Processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and data management guidelines of the Department when managing projects • When required, assist the Department lead in maintaining the Digital Excellence Requirements Pipeline in JIRA by 1. Duly capturing and classifying functional requirements from partners based on priority 2. Ensure completeness of the Business Requirements Documents from requestors 3. Conduct requirements review & facilitate design sessions with Functional Support & IT where necessary 4.
