You will work in the India Technology organization. This role offers a broad exposure to a wide variety of strategic topics with the opportunity to solve challenging real world problems. This is a Project Manager role focusing on India Technology and Global Technology projects. You will be responsible for the following areas: • Delivery of key strategic projects, from conceptualization to execution • Project management and ownership of relevant workstreams, development of data points and analytical insights for top management with the highest demand on accuracy • Development of strategic narrative for senior leadership on a wide variety of topics, translating senior leadership vision into tangible outcomes • Accountability of driving diverse global and local initiatives • Handling project/program level artifacts such as financial estimates, project presentation and roadmaps, designs, etc. • Finding opportunities that can be successfully developed into short-term projects Your future colleagues We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm’s D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural values. To excel in this role, you should possess: * Experience, effectively with a focus on banking, or a successful track record in a strategic project environment within a top tier strategy consultancy firm, investment bank or global financial services corporation * Demonstrated ability in driving / handling large scale transformation projects or programs * Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and result driven way of working, and a track record of implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment * Outstanding interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to build consensus across divisions and various levels of seniority, while gaining respect of senior management * Very high proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word; ability to independently build high-quality presentations, documents and spreadsheets * Powerful written and verbal communication with the ability to convey messages concisely and effectively, orally, graphically and in writing * High flexibility and ability to handle work independently and prioritize multiple challenging assignments and work well under-pressure * MBA or equivalent * Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Job: Executive Management / Business Management* *Title: *Project Management ,Vice President#210415 Location: India-Pune-Pune Requisition ID: 210415
