Introduction on the role:
Lead the India digital business for Crocs across our own eCommerce and partner platforms. Manage a diverse team of digital experts in a rapidly growing and key market for the brand. This includes overall product merchandising, demand generation, promotional planning and adhering to the corporate brand standards.
This position will manage deliverables and implement tactics against defined business metrics to deliver the quarterly and annual business objectives. This individual must also ensure Merchandising, Marketing and E-Commerce efforts are effectively integrated with the overall brand, wholesale and retail efforts for the organization. The ideal candidate has strong Direct to Consumer and Marketplace platform experience.
The Sr. Director, Digital India is a member of the India leadership team and acts as a key voice in the direction of the online business in India. In addition to driving the overall achievement of market KPIs you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of the Crocs digital business in India- in close alignment with the Vice President, Digital for the region.
