Job Description
We are hiring for HR+Admin Executive/ role for Ahmedabad for our company
HR Related tasks:
ü Sourcing candidates through different portals, Scheduling phone, personal and Zoom interviews with concerned team member or manager.
ü Generating Appointment offer emails
ü Generating Appointment letter emails
ü Maintain HR files such as Recruitment file, employee documents file,
ü Interfacing with the new employee for NDA, IP etc
ü Generating On boarding process document for the new employees and follow the same
ü Conveying Leave policy, timings, lunch and tea breaks, Issuing ID cards, Visiting cards etc to the new employee
Office Administration:
ü Visitor reception activities
ü Complete clerical and administrative tasks for an office.
ü Coordinate with Finance team for the payment and account related activities.
ü Arrange Travel, accommodations and process the reimbursement as per the policy
ü Ensuring maintenance of office premises and property through agencies, vendors and other manpower
ü Maintaining general files including invoices, cash vouchers, vendor file etc.
Exeprience – 1 – 3 Years
Qualification – MBA-HR or Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month
