Job Expectation and Scope
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing of monthly payroll of all On-roll and Off-roll employees’ salaries on time. Managing Insurance benefits package – GMC, GTL and GPA, monthly addition & deletions and claims tracking. Ensuring timely validation & deposits of compliances like PF, ESIC, NPS. Coordination with Payroll vendors for smooth processing of payrolls for employees and timely completion of payroll monthly exercise without any error. Handling payroll and office administration complaints and creating procedures for grievance handling though employee communication.
2. Closing Statutory and Internal Audits with auditor with regards to HR department. Managing all HR related compliances.
3. Supporting smooth exit process and process full & final settlement within the TAT. Smooth closing of PF & ESI related issues. Coordinate with vendor to smoothly resolve the PF or ESI related issues.
4. Assisting in preparing the HR Budget, compensation and benefits budget, including regularly monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
5. Conducting competitive analysis of compensation & employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements through periodic benchmarking and participation in market surveys.
Successful Candidate Profile
1. Postgraduate from premier institute preferred MBA/PGDM in Human Resource.
2. Advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
3. Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience of handling Payroll and office administration.
4. Strong presentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office – Presentation, Excel & Word.
5. Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills.
6. Self-motivated, self-driven with a solution-finding approach/thinking.
7. Demonstrate high values of ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced-culture.
8. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and organize.
9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Last but the most important – High Level of Integrity, Passion for a social cause and solution-oriented approach.
Travel: Occasionally on need basis
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,300,000.00 per year
