Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position will have direct customer contact, phone and online customer contact
Perform sales duties of air filtration products along with providing product knowledge to customers. Prior product knowledge is not required.
Able to Multi-task
Experience in handling cash/credit card transactions
Understanding of inventory and sales order software programs
Basic Windows Office, Excel and email working knowledge
Perform customer follow-up calls as part of the company customer retention program
Maintain customer records
