Element Materials Technology Hiring for Administrator Job at Mumbai Full Time
Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Administrator to join our growing team in Mumbai. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.
This role will be based in Ghatkopar West in Mumbai , India
Responsibilities:
- Receiving of samples, sample entry, sample numbering
- Prepartion of test reports, generating invoices as per the price listIdentifying samples and matching with the request letters
- Marking Lab Numbers with markers on the samples
- Maintaining registers for calling Customers in case of any discrepancies related to samples and rectify as required
Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduation in any domain
- Relevant experience would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently ,under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
