About Zanducare:

Zanducare is our dedicated platform for Ayurvedic products under the Zandu brand. With over 110 years of Ayurvedic heritage, Zandu is a household name in India, known for its commitment to quality and wellness. We offer over 90 products addressing a wide range of health concerns, ensuring they are accessible to consumers through multiple sales channels.

Role Overview:

• This internship offers a comprehensive experience in brand management. As a Brand Team Intern, you will gain practical insights into creating and growing new products under a well-established brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Portfolio Management on e-Comm and D2C Platforms: Monitor and manage product offerings, track sales performance, recommend tactical interventions, and maintain platform hygiene (stocks, pricing, discount, content etc).
• Brand Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns. This involves co-creating briefs, liaising with agencies, and ensuring the successful execution and evaluation of campaigns.
• Consumer Research and Product Development: Contribute to new product development by organizing and conducting research, including concept testing and gathering product feedback.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• A keen interest in brand management, marketing, and the FMCG sector.
