India is a very strategic market for enphase globallyWe are searching for a candidate, who works alongside the regional, global teams and cross functional teams to design, review, and upgrade content marketingYou will be responsible for:
Full ownership of enphase india website and all other communication channels, in terms of content.
Work customer backwards to identify business needs and content marketing programmes to deliver the same
Defining and monitoring business objectives linked to content marketing – by providing objective, data-driven marketing recommendations based on an in-depth understanding and analysis of content, customer and environmental information.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including effective channel and creative strategy.
Program manage development of engaging content for enphase india website, blogs, whitepapers, how-to videos, pr to help customers understand enphase and its products.
Research industry trends, reports, and keywords to talk about interesting topics in the industry.
Collaborate with the brand, sales, product and gtm team to design content briefs.
Engage closely with pr, brand, and other relevant agencies
Test and optimize messaging, copy and creatives for website, blog, and other mediums of content.
Improve website performance focusing on keywords and creating seo-friendly content with help of seo expert.
Optimize content for seo, monitor page rankings and quality of visitors
Responsible for owning the leads coming from the content marketing program and the subsequent monthly, quarterly, and annual targets associated with it.
Advocate for new initiatives or process improvements using customer research, hard data, and marketing & business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations.
Collaborate with internal experts from business and product teams on the content to make it more relevant to the market.
Identify ways of promote the content for generation of leads
Work with teams to optimise the quality and relevancy of leads through content
Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, tonality and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person.
Develop standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.
Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioural metrics.
Conduct periodic competitive audits.
Ensure consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, thrive in high-pressure situations and of course, this person should believe in the potential growth of solar, as an industry.
Desired qualifications:
Mba from top b-school will be preferred
At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
Experience using microsoft excel to manipulate and analyse data
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Proven track record in brand/ business planning for large consumer facing businessAdditionally, digital business experience and content marketing experience will be an advantage.
Ability to assimilate relevant data sources and hone in for key insights that drive business recommendations.
Entrepreneurial self-starter skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously.
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication and presentation skills with proven ability to build logical story flow.
