Job Description:
Position – Company Secretary / Asst. Company Secretary
Reporting – Managing Director (To work in close coordination with the legal, finance and compliance division)
Job Outline:
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance under various statutes in a timely manner as per the Companies Act 2013, FEMA and GST
Responsibilities and Duties:
Qualification:
Qualified Company Secretary
Experience: 2 – 4 years (active working years)
Skills:
– Experience in ensuring compliance under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA regulations
– Proficiency in MS word, MS excel and basic Tally
– Experience of handling group companies
Personal Traits:
– Should be articulate and have attention to detail
– Should be proficient in English (writing and speaking)
– Keen to learn new things and absorb information
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
