We are seeking us staffing recruiters for a permanent role with our organization.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.
Must have skills:
2+ years of agency technical recruiting experience (software developer/engineers)
2+ years recruiting & sourcing experience working in a medium to high volume requirements
Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
Experience recruiting for contingent roles within the it sector for multiple industries
Proficient with microsoft office suite or related software.
Duties/responsibilities:
Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
A demonstrated passion for it recruiting and providing amazing customer service
Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Source for applicants who skills would fit open positions.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Scheduling of interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
