Job title : assistant manager – customer service (south india) business line : health care reporting to : head of region – asia south work location : hyderabad key responsibilities
Order processing for business line health care for south india customers.
Processing indents/invoices/purchase orders where applicable.
Support to logistics for coordination with customers, overseas colleagues and chas for timely delivery of import shipments & local warehouse.
Shipment feedback and import documentation.
Payment follow-up, credit form follow-up, where applicable.
General co-ordination with principals and their customers.
Processing customer requests and coordinating with respective departments.
Attending the customer requests and coordinating for prompt resolution.
Processing customer requests, complaints and coordinating with respective principal.
Sample processing and coordinating with logistics for customs clearance.
Provide necessary input to logistics for inventory management based on sales forecast & credit risk management where applicable.
Co-ordination with customers, local & overseas colleagues for timely delivery of goods to customers & warehouses.
Co- ordinate with company’s accounting department in term of financial and inventory.
Generating data for monthly sales reports form and intimate order in hand situation on fortnight basis
Quality system management and quality assurance for hc india operations
Complaint management central co-ordinator for hc india operations and management of hc products & services related complaints for the allocated set of customers.
Follow up with local approved contracted transporters for ensuring smooth deliveries to customers on time
Gst reconciliation with accounts department on regular basis
Help sales manager with forecasting activities by primarily entering monthly/ yearly forecast in the crm system
Customer profile approver for nc segment
Requirements of position* education, certification and/or relevant experience required.
Education : any graduate with certification in supply chain managementD.pharm/ b.pharm would be an added advantage.
Experience : minimum 4 years of customer service experience with excipient companies of pharma or pharma distributors of excipients/api’s.
Knowledge / experience of working on sap for order processing is must.
Additional skills and abilities required for this position
Computer skills – ms excel – dashboard, advanced excel & pivot; ms dynamics; power bi.
Technical knowledge (e.gSpecialized knowledge required to perform all the required tasks)
Basic knowledge about pharma products handling: shelf life, certificate of analysis, storage conditions, specifications etc.
Proficient in language – telugu, hindi & english
