RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To put out hiring ads, screening and evaluation of candidates and sharing the inputs with management.
2. To coordinate with potential candidates and conduct tests and submit the reports.
3. To coordinate with other departments, collect specified reports on a timely basis and share with the management.
4. To be proactive in understanding the needs of the teams and management and communicating the same to one another.
5. To carry out administrative tasks such as payments, bookings, appointments scheduling, purchase of stationery etc.
6. To manage the vendors and ensure updations.
7. Manage the petty cash of the organisation and provide reports on a timely basis.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. 1-2 years in administrative role is preferred.
2. Should have worked in teams and be a team player.
SKILLS:
1. Highly motivated, committed and a quick thinker
2. Logical & good at coordination.
3. Ability to problem solve and quick at execution.
4. Must speak clear English and Tamil, and very comfortable with MS Office, and the Internet. Knowledge of Hindi is a bonus.
EDUCATION:
1. Any graduate
