JD –

• Recording & Maintaining Petty Cash Expense & voucher file.
• Co – coordinating with HO Accounts for Reconciliation,vendor payments,Bank Deposits,Debit Note,Credit Note.
• Preparing day to day vouchers.
• Issuance of e-way bill for goods movement.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Monitoring Scrap lifting & preparing Invoice & E-Way Bills.
• Ensure hygiene conditions in the canteen
• Set up required systems and processes to ensure that there are not food related hazards
• Coordinate with the canteen vendor on daily basis to ensure delivery of food in time.
• Set up a canteen committee as a core team member and supervise its functioning.
• Ensure periodic audits at the canteen vendor cooking area to ensure hygiene and quality.
• Transport route management.
• Ensure timely collation of requirements to enable timely purchase.
• Manage purchase related inventory.
• Ensure proper rates through vendors by proper negotiations.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Ensure timely deliver from the vendors.
• Dealing with security guards and cab drivers .
• Dealing with contractors for HK, drivers and guards.
• Regular training of support staff and guards.
• Ensure availability of support staff in the premises by coordinating proactively with the vendor.
• Ensure statutory compliances, related to contractual staff, through the vendor.
• Leave management of support staff.
• To oversee repairs and maintenance at premise and ensure timely correction of issues-infrastructure related.

Required (Must Have) skills:
MS Excel, Vendor negotiation and Management, Transport Management,Canteen Management,Event Management,Procurement,Housekeeping,Repairs and Maintenance, Good communication and Negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
