What You will do
Managing Transactional Quality needs for the process including audit planning, implementation and execution
Managing/Training/coaching a team
Transaction Monitoring experience for the process
Tracking the Transaction monitoring progress basis the SLA’s and flagging when appropriate
Performing Risk Assessments (FMEA) on the process basis their credentials or dynamics
Supporting or creating in development of TNI for Associates
Supporting in development of process improvement and innovation strategy for internal/client business
Managing process improvement program for client engagement(s)
Data Analysis for Operations and Support process Risk management and communications
Process mapping and SOP development
Facilitation of compliance audit on the backend as well as front end processes
Identifying trainings needs and ensuring regular training touches and refreshers on Business/ Process/ compliance
Suggesting and implementing corrective action plans for non-compliance activities, performing (RCA) Root Cause Analysis with action plans
What you will need to have
Experience with and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Working with Quality tools ( 5 Why, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Process Mapping, 8 Wastes)
Planning and execution of process improvement initiatives / projects;
Proven customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work independently and as part of a broadly skilled team
Excellent written as well as verbal communications
Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do, high-energy attitude.
Self-Managed and ability to work under pressure and time bound activity
What would be great to have
Knowledge of Quality Tools, LEAN Six Sigma specific methodology etc.
Good with Excel & Power Point and Report Analysis.
Data driven approach with good presentation skills.
At least lead/participated in improvement projects with significant savings and impacts ( desirable)
