Job Description & Qualifications
1. Abstract Global Real Estate Lease agreements and licenses
2. Understand and review the quality of abstraction from peers
3. Review the total lease payments and receipts
4. Create Lease records in Lease accounting system
5. Ensure proper controls are exercised in the lease updation
6. Coordinate with the Lease owners on lease related queries
7. Verify the lease invoices against contracts and obtain approval
8. Support Lease admin supervisor on various project initiatives
