Front Desk
Ø Greeting guests & escorting them to the respective individual
Ø Maintaining visitor’s log.
Ø Receiving & maintaining log sheet for couriers.
Ø In charge of guest relations during exhibitions
Ø Coordinating with interview candidates
Admin
Ø Coordination with the vendors regarding office & pantry supplies.
Ø Maintenance of office & pantry facilities.
Ø Maintaining housekeeping staff attendance & supervise their work.
Ø Coordinating with accounts team for vendor bill payments.
Make sure Management’s bills & payments are up to date
