Job Description of Front Desk Receptionist: –
Handling Front Office.
Greet clients to the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose of visit.
Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints.
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
Taking care of attendance.
Assign real estate agents to walk-in clients based on the areas that they cover and their specific expertise.
Regular checking of Software.
Keeping check of punchin and punch out.
Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out. Assist clients in filling out client personal information forms and ensure that all such documents are confidentially filed.
Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients.
Provided support in handling travel arrangements for property managers and agents and managing meetings by taking and recording minutes.
Provide required support to field Sales Team.
Monitor and update records and files.
Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
Monitor office supplies.
Make supply orders when needed.
Keep records of petty cash, stationary.
6 Day working + Tuesday off Salary-upto 40k Personality- Should be well groomed.
