Job description:
Position : shop manager
Reports to : district manager
AKey purpose
This role will be responsible to take ownership of the shop by creating and maintaining a culture of customer
Service, employee recruitment and development and business profitability, while upholding the brand
Standards as set by häagen-dazs shops international.
BKey responsibilities
Key service commitment responsibilities

Consistently delivers our hdsi programs as bce, esp and others
Conveys passion about his/her work, the products we serve, and the häagen-dazs brand.
Maintains a comprehensive knowledge about all häagen-dazs products.
Manages the customer environment.
Handles customer requests and complaints in a positive, professional manner.

Key talent management responsibilities

Responsible for the recruitment and selection process in the shop.
Maintains a positive working environment so as to promote a culture of passion, teamwork, and respect.
Maintains communication within the shop.
Creates shop objectives and action plans to achieve target.
Utilizes retention and rewards tools to motivate shop staff.

Key business responsibilities

Maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Maintains highest standards of personal conduct and appearance.
Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation,

Implements brand promotions.
Develops sales, cost, profit targets.
Motivates and leads team to meet and exceed all sales and profit targets.
Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly shop reports.
To keep and implement hdsi standards, policies and procedures
